For an HIV test we have rapid tests which give you a result in 20 minutes.For Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, although there are rapid tests which can be bought from pharmacies, they are not very sensitive. So I would recommend the normal lab testing which does take around 5-7 days for the results to be back.
