To me it’s an art form and cathartic outlet where I’m able to put pen to paper my thoughts, opinions and everything in between. Well over a decade ago, I remember attending a meeting with a recruiter, and when I say she massacred my CV, I’m putting it mildly. Understandably, I felt upset and disillusioned.
