Why should you visit a psychologist?
A psychologist is someone who studies mental processes and human behaviour through observation, interpretation and understanding on how people relate to one another and the environment. Some psychologists work independently, doing research, or working only with patients or clients.
Psychologists can help with depression, anger, anxiety, short term problems related to abrupt life changes, and stress. Psychologists can help you understand yourself when you feel unable to do so due to mental confusion.
