At its heart, my work is about helping women discover their own strength and direction. Life can feel overwhelming. Between work, family, and personal challenges, it’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of stress or uncertainty. Solution-Focused Coaching offers a gentle but practical way forward, giving women the chance to be heard, supported, and encouraged to find their next steps.
Unlike traditional approaches that dwell on the past, Solution-Focused Coaching looks ahead to the future. Together, we focus on what’s already working in your life and build on it. By setting clear, achievable goals, you can make progress that feels empowering and sustainable.
What Makes This Coaching Different?
The method I use is based on professional training at the Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute, where I have earned certification from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes (IASTI) as an Advanced Solution-Focused Practitioner of Coaching. This internationally recognised program is rooted in a minimalist and practical approach to positive change.
What does that mean in real life? It means that coaching is:
- Practical – focused on small, realistic steps you can take right now
- Empowering – helping you see and use your own strengths
- Effective – results are measurable, and skills gained can be applied across all areas of life
My Journey
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years working internationally in fast-paced industries. Along the way, I learned that while technology changes quickly, people’s needs remain the same: the need to be understood, supported, and able to see a clear path forward. Today, I bring that experience home by supporting women in Malta to navigate challenges, find clarity, and move toward lives that feel calmer, stronger, and more fulfilled.
I have coached clients in English, Italian, and Finnish, with more than 100 hours of client experience. Their generous feedback on Trustpilot has resulted in an all 5-star rating, reflecting the value of empathy, clarity, and practical solutions in my approach.
Why It Matters for Women in Malta
For many women in Malta, the weight of daily responsibilities can leave little room for self-development. Whether you’re facing a career decision, balancing family duties, or simply wanting more peace of mind, coaching creates the space to pause, reflect, and take action. It’s a space where your voice matters, and where change begins with small but powerful steps.

I really thrive on seeing clients leave my coaching sessions empowered and ready to take their next steps. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in global high-tech businesses, helping companies and people grow. I studied in Finland and Sweden, then joined startups in Helsinki and Stockholm, where I built skills in marketing, strategy, and new business opportunities. Later, I moved to Italy, restarted my career in Rome by creating the Mobile Monday Italy community, and moved to a large corporation in Milan. I eventually moved to San Francisco, where I held management roles working with the latest technologies such as AI and the Internet of Things. There I also co-founded an IB school with local investors and served on its board, gaining experience in leadership and community impact. Now in Malta, as an IASTI-certified Solution Focused and Therapeutic Coach, I coach in English, Italian, and Finnish, and use this international journey to help people navigate change and make meaningful progress in work and life.
