Well over a decade ago, I remember attending a meeting with a recruiter, and when I say she massacred my CV, I’m putting it mildly. Understandably, I felt upset and disillusioned. Could she have gone about it with a bit of grace and worded her feedback more constructively rather than destructively? Most definitely.
