At Wham we promote women – here’s the next hard working woman in our series – At just 20, Nicole studies, works and also finds time for her passion and to inspire others. Here’s what she had to say about her Instagram space – The Right Eye
My page on Instagram is focused solely on creating artwork, reviewing makeup products, and lately giving out helpful makeup tips and tricks.
I started my page about 2 years ago, and I have come a long way. As a kid I always had a passion for art and somehow that evolved into various media, including Makeup. My goal is to help individuals who share the same passion as I have, and offer them a source of inspiration.
In my posts I always try to incorporate a quote which speaks out to me. Quotes help me express what my artwork is portraying to my viewers. My goal is that viewers can make use of that quote and the artwork they have just viewed and go about their day creatively. Everyone has creativity but some do not know exactly how to execute it, and that is why I opened up this page, so I can help people express it.
My page is not just an exhibition of my art, but I rather want it to be a community of fellow creative enthusiasts. My direct messages are open to anyone who would like to discuss anything related to makeup, creativity, and inspiration.
Apart from that I try to use and review different products every now and then, so that makeup enthusiasts, or anyone who would want to purchase a specific product, would have me as a reference prior to purchasing that product. Some of my all time favourite brands that I uses regularly are listed below and all found locally:
- Essence
- Wet N Wild
- Maybelline
- Technic
- Makeup Revolution
- Ardell Beauty
- Max Factor
- Bottegaverde
- Wycon Cosmetics
- Kiko Milano
