My name is Sophie Bonello Du Puis and I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist in private practice. I graduated with a Degree in Psychology at the University of Malta, followed by a Master’s in Gestalt psychotherapy at GPTIM (Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute of Malta).
I aspire to continue my studies in the upcoming years by achieving a Doctorate in psychotherapy.
I am your average 27-year-old woman who loves animals and enjoys sports, travel, and good food! Quality time with family and friends is extremely important to me, so scheduling time with them is a major priority.
I am a true believer in the cliché, “everything happens for a reason” – be open to new and unknown experiences, take the time to understand them and explore the impact on the self. It is the only way we can learn and grow.
